Welcome to Talia Collective. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.1 The use of this website and any purchase made through it are subject to the following Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1.2 This website is operated by Talia Collective. The term "we" refers to Talia Collective and the term "you" refers to the user or customer.

2.1 The data controller for this website is Talia Collective. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.3 When you visit our site without registering or sending us information, we only collect the technical data necessary to display the site correctly: page visited, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, referrer page, browser and operating system, and IP address (possibly anonymised). The processing of this data is based on our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

2.6 The data you provide when creating an account or placing an order will be used exclusively for that purpose. You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@taliacollective.nz

2.7 If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to send you promotions and product information. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each e-mail or by writing to us at support@taliacollective.nz

2.8 If you have already provided us with your e-mail address during a purchase, we may send you communications about similar products without requiring explicit consent, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You may object at any time.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices shown in our shop include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated) and are expressed in euros (€).

3.2 Payment may be made using the methods available at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered by our payment gateway.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be that which was in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but generally ranges between 7 and 14 working days.

4.2 Talia Collective is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without the need for justification.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must first contact us by e-mail at support@taliacollective.nz providing: order number, reason for the return, full name, address, and photographs of the product (in the event of a defect).

5.3 Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by e-mail).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 working days.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products, or those without valid justification.

6. Legal Guarantee

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity established by applicable legislation.

6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in some cases, a refund, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Talia Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.

7.2 We reserve the right to modify the content of the site at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the legislation of the country from which Talia Collective operates.

8.2 Any dispute relating to the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence.

11.1 We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: natural disasters; war, terrorism, strikes, or industrial action; disruptions to public services or transport networks; epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions.

12. Severability

12.1 If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

13.1 By making a purchase at Talia Collective, the customer accepts these Terms of Service in their entirety.

13.2 If you do not agree with any of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not use our services or place any orders in our shop.
